Job Summary A growing organization in Orlando, FL is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to support administrative operations, client service activities, project coordination, and daily business functions. The Client Service Administrator will serve as a key point of contact for administrative coordination and operational support. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary administrative support contact across multiple business operations and assist with daily coordination. Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, invitations, agendas, and meeting minutes. Manage calendars, business records, correspondence, reports, expense reports, and budget tracking support. Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, internal teams, leadership, and business partners. Support internal projects by tracking progress, coordinating team updates, and helping ensure deadlines are met. Research industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates while identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour. Job type: Part-time, temporary to possible hire. Schedule: Part-time to start with potential for full-time based on business needs. Work environment: Fully onsite in Orlando, FL.
