ServiceNow Business Analyst

A client of Insight Global is looking for a dynamic and personable Service Now Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to understand, create diagrams, participate in Agile ceremonies and familiarity with User Acceptance Testing.

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years supporting ServiceNow
- 2+ years of experience with any of the following modules: ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB
- 2+ years working with Agile methodologies; including understanding the processes sand Azure DevOps tool


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Scrum master experience (CSM certified)
- CBAP certified
- ServiceNow Administrator
- ITIL
