Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized intake tools and interviews.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans, setting measurable goals and objectives to enhance client well-being.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to critical resources, ensuring they receive the necessary services to thrive.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families within the community who may be experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, socioeconomic hardships, or other personal issues. You will employ a trauma-informed care approach, fostering a safe and supportive environment to help clients navigate their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
