I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Florida where I graduated from the College of Business at Florida State University. Outside of the office you can find me with my wife, little boy, and dog (Duke) at the park or the beach. i love giving back to my community, and creating a safe space and a good work environment for my team. We also strive to provide the great people of Tallahassee and the surrounding counties with personalized insurance to help protect against what can go wrong, so they can focus on what can go right! ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Mike Perez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
