Newrest Atlanta is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to connect talented candidates with hiring opportunities. This onsite role supports an active recruiting workflow, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and employment law compliance. Support job posting and advertisement activities. Screen applications and select qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and help prepare interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assist with the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies. Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment across a variety of roles Proactive, independent approach with the ability to take initiative Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment Proficiency with applicant-tracking software (or the ability to learn it quickly) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent work experience preferred but not required) 1 to 3 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring is highly preferred Minimum experience: 1 year Language and tools English and Spanish Applicant-tracking software Microsoft Office Suite Physical environment Regularly required to sit, walk, talk and/or hear Frequently required to use hands to handle or feel Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Temperature may fluctuate drastically from very cold to very warm temperatures Noise level may range from moderate to very loud #J-18808-Ljbffr
