Key Responsibilities Lead complex capital programs from planning through closeout—healthcare, education, government, civic, or commercial. Cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities. Serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget, schedule, quality, and risk management. Navigate local and state regulatory environments, permitting processes, and jurisdictional requirements. Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm-wide knowledge and best practices. Contribute to proposals and business development pursuits. Requirements 15 years in construction project management, program management, or owner's representation. Demonstrated track record managing $25M capital projects. Strong working relationships with building owners, institutional clients, or public agencies. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience navigating state and local regulatory approvals and project closeout requirements. CCM, PMP, PE, RA, or LEED AP certification.
