Account Supervisor – Regulated Category We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to co‑lead the day‑to‑day stewardship of a major regulated brand within a dynamic/ever‑evolving category and integrated agency environment. Overview Account Supervisor – Regulated Category Responsibilities Take on a multifaceted role within the business leadership team Help shape traditional campaign and promotion‑centric big brand advertising Thrive in a fast‑paced and high‑energy agency environment, mastering day‑to‑day agency operations and business leadership Work on one of the most historic agency/client relationships in the industry—70+ years of partnership and core accounts Leo Burnett herself won & worked on Contribute to the team's reputation for developing top‑tier talent while having fun; grow from opportunities and foundational skills that set our people apart Engage in team culture and events throughout the year Qualifications Hard Skills Experience managing integrated campaigns, including brand, promotional and omni‑channel initiatives. Proven ability to manage creative and content production across channels—owned, paid, in‑store, POS, etc. Experience writing or contributing to creative briefs, guiding development and evaluating work. Confident collaboration with mid‑to senior‑level clients and independent day‑to‑day communication. Comfort collaborating across departments and with partner agencies. Understanding of production processes (digital, motion, print) and ability to shepherd work from briefing to delivery. Ability to assess business health and call out risks related to timelines, scope, budget or resource needs. Proficiency with common agency tools for workflow, asset management, project tracking and reporting (e.g., Workfront, SharePoint, etc.). Strong sense of accountability, ownership and follow‑through—essential for managing a complex, high‑volume account. Soft Skills Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with ability to anticipate client needs and address issues before they arise. Critical thinker who brings value‑added ideas to help build the client’s business. Strong, clear communicator—able to translate complex information for clients and teams with confidence and clarity. Comfortable leading meetings, presenting work and managing client relationships with polish and diplomacy. Highly collaborative teammate who builds trust across creative, strategy, production, project management and media partners. Adaptable and steady under pressure—able to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changes. Positive culture‑builder who motivates junior talent, fosters a supportive environment and leads by example. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Must Haves 6+ years agency experience with scope/budget management, strong critical thinking and self‑starter attitude. Adaptable, growth mindset, “whatever it takes” mentality, strong attention to detail. CPG and/or regulated category experience a plus; familiarity with Workfront or other PM software (Jira, etc.) is preferred. Compensation Range $75,050 – $107,835 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and is subject to change.
