Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster breakthroughs in communication and conflict resolution.

• Assisting families in addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, psychological challenges, grief and loss, and familial conflicts.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the needs of each family member, ensuring that care is holistic and collaborative.

• Engaging in teletherapy sessions as needed, providing flexibility for both you and your clients, while also offering the option for in-person visits as public health guidelines permit.

• Documenting patient progress and clinical outcomes accurately and timely, using our state-of-the-art electronic health record system.

At Valley View Medical Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, adults, and children. Our focus encompasses various issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
