Associate Director, Reporting Solutions The Role As Associate Director, Reporting Solutions, you will lead the team responsible for transforming Wpromote’s marketing data into reporting products and analytics experiences that help clients understand performance, uncover insights, and make better decisions. You will directly manage the Reporting Solutions team and be responsible for the team’s strategy, prioritization, development, and quality of work. You will partner closely with Data Engineering, Product, Analytics, Media, and client teams to ensure our reporting solutions are supported by reliable data and designed around meaningful business questions. A major focus of this role will be evolving Wpromote from primarily building individual client dashboards toward scalable reporting products and experiences that can be standardized and reused across clients and strategic verticals such as B2B, Retail Media, and others. This builds on the Reporting Solutions team's existing responsibility for scalable self-service reporting and end-to-end reporting product development. You will also help define the next generation of reporting at Wpromote - determining when traditional BI is the right solution and where interactive applications, self-service analytics, AI-enabled experiences, and other emerging approaches can provide a better client experience. Ultimately, you will lead the team responsible for evolving Wpromote from building dashboards to building modern reporting products and analytics experiences. Compensation The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $145,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
