Material Controls Associate | 1st Shift | Clean, Team-Oriented Environment

Join a growing medical manufacturing team where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly through inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inventory, shipping & receiving of raw and finished materials
• Support production flow through kitting and Kanban systems
• Perform cycle counts, stocking, and discrepancy resolution
• Work cross-functionally with buyers, planners, and production teams

Key Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inventory, shipping/receiving, or material control experience (medical manufacturing preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have: RF scanners, UPS shipping software, pallet jack experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
