Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to support achievement of their goals

Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Use proven methods to improve patients' abilities in daily tasks, movement, and cognitive functions

Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to care

Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic practices to encourage progress beyond the clinic

Assess and Document Progress: Keep meticulous records of clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to maintain progress

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education and additional certifications are welcomed and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT certification is mandatory
