ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our office has been proudly serving the Tarrytown community since 2003, with Agent Jim Bryan bringing over 40 years of State Farm experience. Jim is a second-generation State Farm Agent, licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Jim leads a dynamic team of four dedicated professionals.

A part of our office’s uniqueness is our commitment to train anyone and provide equal opportunities for all team members to grow. Our goal is to help each person develop their insurance sales and service skills so they can succeed not only in their role but also in their long-term career. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
