Law Firm Office & Client Services Manager

Job Title: Office & Client Services Manager (Full-time).

Company: The Law Firm of Rudd Cooper, Sandy, Utah.

Reports To: Managing Partner.

Rudd Cooper is seeking an experienced and highly organized office and client services manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our law firm. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, support attorneys and staff, maintain compliance with firm policies and legal industry standards, and contribute to a professional and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

· Manage daily office activities: Facilities, office supplies, vendor relationships, payables; and document management systems.

· Reception Duties: Client intake, scheduling and responding to general inquiries.

· Client Billings: Provide electronic billings and financial documents to clients, receive payments, make deposits, and assist with collection activities.

· Light Paralegal Activity: Filings with the court and other governmental agencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Law Firm experience and knowledge of legal terminology preferred but not required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite and Adobe Software.

· Experience with legal practice management software and document management systems (e.g., MyCase, Google, etc.) preferred but not required.

· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and a client-focused mindset.
