Accounts Payable duties:

Voucher Entry
3 Way Invoice match
Reconcile Credit Card
Build Check Run
Cut Checks

Accounts Receivable duties

Enter Customer payments
Remote Deposits
File Sales Tax Returns
Enter Daily transactions, reconcile to daily sheets

Payroll duties:

Timesheet entry
New hire entry
Printing Payroll checks
ACH deposits

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Accounting
Excel Skills a Must
Microsoft Great Plains (GP) Experience required
Organization
Process Oriented
Excellent Analytical Skills
Attention to Detail
