About the role We are hiring a Production Associate to take a role in the production and assembling of custom anti‑fatigue mats according to precise specifications. The AcroMat production team is dynamic and fast paced. The facility is clean, quiet, and home to some of the most unique custom mats ever made. We’re looking for an A‑player to increase our capacity and continue to elevate our culture of quality. What you’ll do Cutting and bonding custom anti‑fatigue mats Assembling mats by reading measurements and using templates Verifying specifications by measuring completed mats Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Keeping equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements Lifting, folding, rolling and packaging mats Other tasks based on your skillset and interests Qualifications Basic computer skills Availability and work ethic (critical) Common sense and initiative (critical) Self‑motivated and accountable (critical) Timely and punctual (critical) Production/assembly experience Tooling and power tools Safety management Quality focus Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Able to work on feet for extended periods of time AcroMat encourages all qualified applicants to apply.
