Bilingual Call Center Representative

We are seeking an empathetic, solutions-oriented Bilingual Call Center Representative to serve as the vital link between our client’s operations team, families, and school administrators. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communications to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient student transportation. The ideal candidate will seamlessly navigate specialized tracking software while delivering clear, professional assistance to our client's team and customers in both English and Spanish.

Core Responsibilities

• Inquiry Management: Handle high-volume incoming phone calls and emails from families and school staff with a professional, helpful tone.
• Real-Time Tracking: Monitor vehicle locations using specialized routing and GPS software to provide callers with accurate, live schedule updates.
• Problem Resolution: Research transport discrepancies by collaborating directly with our client’s dispatchers, field supervisors, and routers.
• Incident Documentation: Log all inquiries, route changes, and urgent safety concerns into our client’s database and escalate critical issues to their leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish with exceptional communication capabilities in both languages.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service, call center operations, or logistics dispatch.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort navigating multi-screen setups, digital maps, and database management systems simultaneously.
• Core Strengths: Strong active listening skills, patience under pressure, and rapid problem-solving abilities.
