Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, prescribing diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions either independently or in partnership with physicians
• Informing patients and their families on preventive care, wellness initiatives, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and treatments compliant with practice guidelines
• Engaging in patient follow-up and comprehensive chronic care management
• Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
• Accurately documenting patient interactions within electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications Needed

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a relevant specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
