Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma history and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building tailored to individual needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide clients through their healing process.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding patients in processing trauma and developing healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to deliver integrated and holistic patient care.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during challenging trauma-related situations.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available mental health resources.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities that emphasize our trauma-informed care approach.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
