Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey School Nursing RN licensure (required)
• Demonstrated school-based nursing experience
• Comfortable covering both elementary and middle school student caseloads
• Willing and able to oversee the needs of entire school buildings
• Closeness to commute and reliable transportation required
• Comfortable navigating district environments
• Required onboarding: TB test, physical, fingerprinting (agency and district)
• No LPN candidates accepted

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing services to students (elementary and middle school)
• Provide health assessments, manage medication administration, and respond to emergencies
• Manage comprehensive caseload needs; serve as a resource to building staff and administrators
• Maintain accurate health documentation and coordinate with parents and district leaders
• Ensure compliance with all state and district health guidelines
