Hammerspaceisseekingadynamicandresults drivenRegionalSalesDirector(RSD) in Southern California,toleadsaleseffortswithinanassignedgeographicregion (SouthWest).TheRSDwillberesponsiblefordrivingrevenuegrowth,buildingstrategiccustomerrelationships,andexpandingHammerspace’smarketpresence.ThisrolerequiresaprovensalesleaderwithexperienceinSaaSorenterprisesoftware,apassionforexceedingtargets,andtheabilitytocollaboratecross-functionallytodeliverexceptionalcustomeroutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

• SalesLeadership&Strategy: Developandexecutearegionalsalesplantomeetorexceedrevenuequotas,aligningwithHammerspace’soverallbusinessobjectives.
• CustomerAcquisition: Identify,prospect,andclosenewbusinessopportunitieswithenterpriseclientswhocanbenefitfromHammerspace’sGlobalDataEnvironmentsolution.
• AccountManagement: Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithkeyaccounts,ensuringcustomersatisfaction,retention,andupsellopportunities.
• TeamCollaboration: PartnerwithSalesDevelopmentRepresentatives(SDRs),Marketing,Product,andEngineeringteamstorefinemessaging,optimizecampaigns,andaddresscustomerneeds.
• PipelineManagement: LeveragetoolslikeSalesforce,LinkedInSalesNavigator,andOutreachtomanageandtracksalespipelines,ensuringconsistentprogresstowardgoals.
• Travel: Conductin-personmeetings,attendindustryevents,andvisitclientsitesasneededtostrengthenrelationshipsandclosedeals(travelupto50%,dependingonregion).

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+yearsofenterprisesalesexperience,withatleast3yearsinSaaS,cloud,ordatamanagementsolutions.
• TrackRecord: ProvenhistoryofconsistentlymeetingorexceedingsalesquotasanddrivingsignificantrevenuegrowthinaB2Benvironment.
• MUST CURRENLY LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFONIA. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THE REGION.
• TechnicalAcumen: FamiliaritywithITinfrastructure,cloudcomputing,storagesolutions,orfilesystems(experiencewithLinux,NFS,orrelatedtechnologiesisaplus).
• Skills:
• ProficiencywithCRMtools(e.g.,Salesforce)andsalesproductivityplatforms(e.g.,Outreach,LinkedInSalesNavigator).
• Attributes: Self-motivated,customer-focused,andadaptableinafast-paced,high-growthenvironment.

PreferredQualifications

• ExperiencesellingtoITDirectors,CIOs,orothersenior-leveldecision-makersindata-drivenorganizations.
• Backgroundinunstructureddatamanagement,cloudstorage,orhybridinfrastructuresolutions.
• Existingnetworkofenterprisecontactswithintheassignedregion.

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $300,000-350,000(OTE).Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
