BrightStar Care is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive consumer acquisition and build marketing programs that turn demand into measurable business growth. You'll own the consumer lead generation pipeline, developing and optimizing campaigns that connect individuals and families with home healthcare services. You'll also support caregiver and clinical recruitment and B2B demand generation based on business priorities. This is a hands-on role for a performance-minded marketer focused on the metrics that matter: qualified leads, conversion rates, acquisition efficiency, pipeline performance, and revenue contribution.

What You'll Do

• Own consumer demand generation strategy, from audience targeting and campaign development through lead nurture and conversion.
• Develop and optimize lead nurture programs in HubSpot, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, pipeline requirements, and marketing automation.
• Establish lead-quality standards and track performance from initial inquiry through consultation, service start, and associated revenue.
• Own demand generation reporting across lead volume, quality, cost, conversion, and channel performance, turning insights into recommendations and next steps.
• Partner with Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, Local Marketing, Operations, and agencies to build scalable national and local programs.
• Support caregiver and clinical recruitment marketing, including paid job advertising, social recruiting, nurture campaigns, and local-market strategies.
• Support B2B demand generation initiatives as business priorities require.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of demand generation or performance marketing experience with demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and business results.
• Strong experience with paid search, digital acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, and attribution.
• Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture programs, and pipeline management.
• Demonstrated success improving consumer acquisition and inquiry-to-client conversion.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and translating marketing performance into business recommendations.
• Experience working across multiple markets, locations, or a franchise/distributed organization.
• Ability to collaborate across teams while independently driving recommendations and initiatives through execution.

Nice to Have

• Healthcare, home health, home care, or consumer-services marketing experience.
• Recruitment marketing experience, including job boards, paid media, social recruiting, or employer branding.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools and capabilities.
• HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, or related digital marketing certifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.

Compensation & Work Environment

Salary Range: $120,000–$135,000 annually + Annual Bonus Opportunity The salary range listed reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and other job-related considerations. Base salary is one component of our overall compensation package, which may also include performance-based incentives, benefits, paid time off, and other offerings depending on the position and eligibility. This position is remote with candidates preferred in the greater Chicago area and requires up to 10% travel for strategy meetings, industry conferences, and BrightStar Care franchise events.
