Strategic Enterprise Onboarding Program Manager

FirstEnergy

FirstEnergy is seeking a strategic Onboarding Program Manager to establish a scalable, enterprise onboarding strategy across roles and locations. You will own the onboarding lifecycle, lead executive onboarding and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT to improve experience, engagement and time-to-productivity. The role requires strong program management, analytics, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a fast-paced corporate environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr FirstEnergy
