Experience leading transformational programs that integrate physical supply into digital planning systems using ERP systems, Kinaxis, or SAP. Experience managing teams or organizational functions. Experience driving on-time delivery (OTD) and on-time in-full (OTIF) metrics in fast‑paced, high-volume environments. As the Program Manager, you will integrate manufacturing, logistics, and inventory pillars into a unified, process‑driven idea. You will leverage operations knowledge from manufacturing environments to drive precision in production planning and master scheduling. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $159,000–$231,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
