Experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, or data center operations. Experience analyzing data and creating reports with spreadsheets. Preferred Qualifications 5 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects. 5 years of experience in supply chain or large‑scale operations. Experience in client services engagement, with passion for customer service. Ability to manage increasing levels of responsibility and independence. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and project management skills, with attention to detail. Passion for functioning in an ambiguous, evolving engineering operations environment. Responsibilities Own on‑time delivery performance of compute and orders. Drive efforts to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability and on‑time delivery. Communicate health, status and actions to stakeholders including product areas, management, and partner organizations. Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries. Oversee and ensure successful execution and delivery of plans and strategies. Troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas, and develop mitigation strategies.
