We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment and possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with  Evergreen Machines is highly preferred.
• AS GOOD machine experience is a key requirement.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment problems.
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, controls, sensors, switches, and other production equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, plumbing, or facility maintenance as needed.
• Read and follow equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work closely with production and management teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar role preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or food processing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with motors, conveyors, sensors, controls, and production machinery.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment as required.
• Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
