Because when we bring together diversity of thoughts, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives – we’re able to create a place where everyone feels like they belong.Job ResponsibilitiesFor one of our single client partnerships we are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Project Associate to join the team here in Belgium.Responsible for performing activities in compliance with applicable Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Work InstructionsAssists Clinical Monitoring staff with site management activities, including serving as a Sponsor representative for sites on assigned studies, and communicating with sites to ensure compliance with protocol requirements, study procedures and relevant guidelinesCreates and assists with maintenance of Trial Master File (TMF) and project files, including participation in file auditsPrepares and maintains site manuals, reference tools and other documentsMaintains, updates, and inputs clinical tracking information into databasesTracks incoming and outgoing clinical and regulatory documents and updates for investigator sites, studies, project team, or clientManages shared mailbox, processes site requests and routes correspondence appropriatelyCoordinates the ordering, packaging, shipping and tracking of site supplies and materialsAssists with coordination of team meetings, attends meetings and prepares accurate meeting minutes and action itemsMay handle receipt, tracking and disposition of Case Report Forms and QueriesMaintains overall awareness in the field of clinical research by completing all necessary and assigned trainingQualifications:Master degree in biomedical sciences or relatedStrong interest in clinical researchGood communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Dutch, English and FrenchAbility to embrace new technologiesAbility to work from the office in the Machelen/Zaventem region on a regular basisWe are always excited to connect with great talent.
