What You’ll Do As a Relief Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing leadership during shifts. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Supervising and supporting team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Assisting in training and mentoring staff to uphold company policies and procedures. Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborating with management to meet operational goals and maintain a positive work environment. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. -30 plus hour 's shift's or negotiable No visible tattoos, facial hair or piercing's.
