Looking for a hands-on, full-time opportunity in the growing solar industry? We are a company with 15 years of experience in all areas of solar, and we’re excited to bring on a motivated Solar Panel Installer to join our team. Whether you’re looking to grow your skills or take the next step in your construction career, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll DoAs a Solar Panel Installer, you’ll play a key role in helping us bring clean, renewable energy to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installing solar panels on rooftops and other structures.
- Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Handling tools and equipment necessary for solar panel installation.
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- 1 year of general construction experience (solar experience is not required).
- Comfort working at heights and on rooftops.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Competitive starting pay : $15.00/hour to start.
