Employee Benefits Administrator

This role supports the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and retirement programs, helping ensure employees receive accurate, timely benefits support. Responsibilities include managing health and welfare plans, retirement and savings plans, disability programs, benefits enrollments, HRIS data maintenance, vendor coordination, employee inquiries, new hire orientations, and open enrollment activities. The position also assists with benefits-related reporting, special projects, and broader HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of benefits or HR experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Ability to manage confidential information, prioritize multiple projects, and collaborate effectively across teams and vendors.
