How will you make an impact? You will provide critical technical support to end-users for our key production applications. Location This will be an onsite role at our St. Petersburg Florida Bryan Dairy facility. Schedule We are hiring for the below shifts. Shift B – 6pm to 6am (15% shift differential pay) Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Role And Responsibilities Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: responsible for identifying and solving end-user problems with production applications, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining productivity. Knowledge and Configuration Management: contribute to the Knowledge Database and Configuration Management Database, providing valuable information for ongoing support and system improvements. Technical Assistance: offer technical support to production employees, helping them navigate and effectively use MES 4.0 applications. Problem Simulation: recreate user problems to understand and resolve operating difficulties, which is crucial for finding long-term solutions. Training and Assistance: provide training and assistance to users, enhancing their ability to utilize the production applications effectively. Safety Compliance: adhere to safety and health rules and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and others. Collaboration and Communication: actively participate in team discussions, sharing ideas and information to foster a collaborative work environment. Continuous Improvement: identify and implement cost-saving measures by streamlining processes and systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations. Quality Assurance: ensure that procedures and work instructions are efficient, not redundant, and aligned with quality standards. Complex Situations: confer with their reporting manager on complex or unusual situations, ensuring proper escalation and resolution. Best Practices Sharing: exchange knowledge with other facilities within the organization, promoting the adoption of best practices. Policy Adherence: maintain strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and quality. Data Confidentiality: maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding data and proprietary information. Instruction Interpretation: be adept at interpreting various forms of instructions, whether written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled. Strategic Alignment: understand and embrace the Operation and IT strategic direction, aligning their efforts with the company’s goals. Education And Experience High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required) or equivalent experience and one year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of all Microsoft applications/utilities required. A+ certification a plus. Must have demonstrated experience in the following areas: Technical Expertise: proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues with applications. Incident Management: competence in resolving site-level incidents. Basic Understanding of Production Applications: a foundational grasp of how production applications function and the role these applications play in the manufacturing process.
