In our Irvine, CA office, we are expanding our Waste Management Practice and are seeking a Project Manager to support market sectors that include traditional Solid Waste and Industrial Waste. The role involves developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and leading projects for private and public sector clients. Pay range: $100,000-150,000+ based on experience and location; overtime pay and other benefits are also offered. Responsibilities Assist in expanding the waste management practice into new market sectors. Develop new business and manage existing client relationships. Lead and manage projects for private and public sector clients. Mentor junior staff and make hiring recommendations. Provide direction on a variety of projects across the practice. Qualifications 6+ years’ experience in the Solid Waste industry including engineering design, operations, and management. Demonstrated business development and client management experience. Strong professional relationships with clients in applicable market sector(s). B.S. in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering (M.S. a plus). California Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure. Experience with Civil 3D. Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools.
