As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our key accounts, collaborating closely with our Account Manager and various stakeholders within hospital enterprises. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects not only succeed but exceed expectations. • Collaboratewith the Account Manager and stakeholders on groundbreaking projects that shape the future of healthcare.

• Deliver top-notch after-sales supportto build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
• Respond swiftly and accuratelyto client inquiries, becoming their go-to expert and trusted partner.
• Cultivate strong client relationshipsthrough regular communication, ensuringwe’realways aligned with their needs.
• Report on account statusesto keep our strategies agile and responsive to the fast-evolving healthcare landscape.
• Engage with Leadership: Take advantage of major opportunities to interact with key leaders in the organization, fostering valuable relationships that can drive your professional growth and influence strategic initiatives.
• Project Planning:Contribute tocomprehensive project planning efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams,identifyingkey milestones, and ensuringtimelyexecution to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.

What You Bring:

• 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in project management skills and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team andmaintainpositive relationships.
