Position Summary The Recruiter isresponsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualifiedDirect Support Professionals(DSPs) and othercritical positions thatsupport Beacon's residentialgroup homes. Thisrole plays avital part inensuring our homesare staffed withcompassionate, dependableprofessionals who provideexceptional care tothe individuals weserve. The ideal candidatehas experience managinghigh-volume recruitment, building strong talentpipelines, partnering withoperational leaders, anddelivering an outstandingcandidate experience frominitial contact throughonboarding. Primary Responsibilities Lead full-cyclerecruitment for DirectSupport Professionals (DSPs) and otherassigned positions. Source qualified candidatesusing job boards, social media, communitypartnerships, employeereferrals, career fairs, and other recruitingchannels. Screen resumes, conductphone and virtualinterviews, and coordinatehiring manager interviews. Extend employment offersand guide candidatesthrough the pre-employment and onboardingprocess. Partner with hiringmanagers and seniorleadership to understandstaffing needs anddevelop effective recruitmentstrategies. Build and maintaintalent pipelines tosupport ongoing hiringneeds for residentialgroup homes. Monitor recruiting metricsand adjust sourcingstrategies to meethiring goals. Ensure recruiting practicesremain compliantwith applicable employmentlaws, Joint Commissionstandards, and companypolicies. Maintain accurate candidaterecords within theApplicant Tracking System(ATS). Represent Beacon professionallyat hiring events,job fairs, andcommunity outreach activities. Promote Beacon's mission, culture, and employmentbrand to prospectivecandidates. Required Qualifications 5–7 years offull-cycle recruitingexperience, preferablywithin healthcare, behavioralhealth, human services, or a high-volume recruiting environment. Experience recruiting forfrontline healthcare orcaregiving positions isstrongly preferred. Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice 365. Prior experience usingan Applicant TrackingSystem (ATS) isstrongly preferred, withexperience in Dayforceor iCIMS highlydesirable. Experiencewith employment lawand behavioral-basedinterviewing techniquespreferred. Valid driver's license. Ability to successfullypass a criminalbackground check. Must be authorizedto workwithin Beacon SpecializedLiving Services programs. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writingEnglish. Skills & Abilities The successful candidatewill demonstrate: Excellent verbaland written communicationskills. Strong relationship-buildingand customer serviceabilities. Experience managing multipleopen requisitions ina fast-pacedenvironment. Outstanding organizationaland time-managementskills. Strong computer proficiencyacross multiple softwareapplications. Ability to createprofessional recruitingand employee communicationmaterials. Confidence working independentlywhile collaborating effectivelyacross departments. Professionalism, soundjudgment, and attentionto detail. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruiting challenges.
