Hadco Metal Trading , a long-stable and globally recognized distributor of semi-finished metals and plastics, is looking to hire experienced Industrial Machine Operators for their metal cutting operations in their Claremore facility.

The Metal Saw Operators will work a 2nd from 4pm-1am Sunday-Saturday.

Position Summary:

As a Saw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for cutting aluminum, stainless steel, engineering grade plastic, and other alloys to meet customer specifications.

Role & Responsibilities:

Operate manual and/or CNC saws and machinery to accurately cut aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.
Monitor machine operation for accuracy throughout the cutting processes.
Continually measure work piece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy throughout machine operation.
Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Solid math skills, including measuring with fractions and decimals
Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch
Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail oriented and able to multi-task
Familiar with ERP or similar production operations, inventory, or warehouse management systems
Minimum 18 years of age
