Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical lab tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all lab procedures, guide new hires or students, and maintain high standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure with us.
