• Conduct routine and advanced lab testingencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreaccording to established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and adequately prepare samples for evaluation as required.
• Diligently document all procedures, provide training for new staff or interns, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, in conjunction with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Sciences (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
