Assistant - Executive

This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership, managing complex priorities, sensitive information, communications, and logistics with discretion and independence. Key responsibilities include collaborating within a team, adapting to changing business needs, and occasionally handling tasks outside standard hours. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant. Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree, Lean or Six Sigma certification, healthcare experience. Skills Professionalism, tact, discretion, and strong communication skills. Strong planning, judgment, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
