Human Resources Director

Role Purpose Based in our Maple Grove, MN facility, the Director of Human Resources serves as the lead HR business partner for U.S. operations and a key execution leader for enterprise talent and organizational priorities. This role provides HR leadership for both site-based (Minnesota & Utah) and remote employees, translates business strategy into practical people plans, strengthens leadership capability, improves organizational effectiveness, and reinforces a high-performance culture. Scope of Leadership Lead U.S. HR operations, including payroll, compliance, employee relations, and consistent execution of HR programs and policies for site-based and remote employees. Partner with senior leaders cross functionally on workforce planning, organizational design, talent risks, leadership effectiveness, and change management. Coordinate global talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and enterprise organizational initiatives in partnership with the CHRO and regional HR leaders. Manage and develop one direct report to ensure effective HR service delivery, execution discipline, and team capability. Key Outcomes Senior leaders receive practical HR guidance that improves decision-making, leadership alignment, and organizational execution. U.S. HR operations are compliant, timely, consistent, and trusted by employees and leaders. Talent, succession, workforce planning, and leadership development efforts produce clear actions, ownership, and measurable follow-through. Ideal Experience 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR business partner leadership and experience advising executive-level stakeholders. Ability to operate in a global environment (i.e. flexibility with time zone) Willingness to travel to other international to other sites for global initiatives Demonstrated strength in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee relations. Experience in manufacturing, medical device, life sciences, regulated, multi-site, or global environments preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
