HR Manager I: People, Payroll & Employee Relations

Cintas Corporation is seeking an HR Manager in Minnesota to support all general HR activities, including turnover management, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and fostering positive employee relations. The role requires at least 1 year of HR experience and a solid understanding of HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Compensation, #J-18808-Ljbffr Cintas Corporation
