Territory Manager – Endoscopy – ENT (Michigan) Location: Detroit, MI and Cleveland, OH. Employment Type: Full-time. About the Role Ambu is a global industry leader with the soul of a startup. We are led by our values: Take Charge, Team Up, and Be True. The Territory Manager will be responsible for selling Ambu Endoscopy (ENT) products in the assigned regional territory. You will drive revenue and market share growth by converting new and/or competitive accounts while expanding utilization in current accounts. This position is ideal for a resilient entrepreneur‑like individual to drive growth. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Call on accounts in the assigned territory to promote and sell Ambu ENT products. Manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue and achieve revenue targets; utilize and import data into CRM (Salesforce) daily. Drive adoption and utilization of Ambu’s ENT single‑use endoscopy portfolio within hospitals, outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices. Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities while protecting and expanding existing accounts. Demonstrate expertise in Ambu’s sales process to move opportunities to close. Build long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across multiple call points in the assigned clinical settings. Collaborate with internal departments to drive the overall business forward and protect and grow partnerships with external customers. Build relationships, uncover needs, and drive business through case coverage in the operating rooms, intensive care units, endoscopy labs, and other applicable departments. Maintain regular activity in the territory to generate new business and sustain existing sales. Discover customer pain points and advance the sale to the next part of Ambu’s sales process. Investigate and resolve client concerns; effectively target prospective customers and create a strategy to initiate sales. Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders across the entire organization. Travel daily within the territory to client locations to maximize the full territory’s potential. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years of applicable sales experience; medical device experience preferred. Experience selling in a complex sales environment with multiple decision makers in clinical, operational, and financial departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience selling into ENT, head & neck surgery, or endoscopy markets. Demonstrated sales success (awards, promotions, rapid territory growth). Flexibility and adaptability to change. Self‑starter who overcomes objections through clinical and financial validation. Works with a strong sense of urgency to grow current and new business. Commitment to be a steward, evangelist, and positive contributor to Ambu’s culture and values. Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and ability to grasp new and complex information. High level of business acumen – strategic planning, analytics, presenting, follow‑up. Must live within the assigned territory. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Must be able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems.
