About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the performance of its senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation, including resident services, sales, business operations, and maintaining a high standard of resident and family satisfaction. This role demands a hands-on leader with a strong background in senior living or a comparable service-based environment, capable of overseeing daily operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will also be tasked with recruiting, developing, and retaining a strong team, as well as fostering a culture of support and connection for both employees and residents. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field. A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in a relevant setting is required, with a strong preference for those with previous Executive Director or multi-department operations leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, sales, and marketing, and a working knowledge of senior living regulations. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to balance the various aspects of community management. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on resident experience, team culture, and the overall performance of the community.
