About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Product to spearhead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for its commercial lending technology platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending technology, particularly in loan origination systems, and a proven track record in leading product management within fintech, banking technology, or B2B SaaS. They should be adept at balancing strategic and technical priorities, engaging with senior banking executives, and working closely with engineering teams to bring solutions to market. The role requires a builder, operator, strategist, and customer advocate who is committed to remaining close to the market and building a disciplined, scalable product organization. Success will be measured by business and customer outcomes, including increased platform adoption, improved client satisfaction, and a greater differentiation in the commercial lending and LOS market.
