Core Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; a major in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field 5-7 years of related human resources management leadership experience Solid employee relations background Preferred Requirements: Labor Relations Experience Experience in the aerospace industry The successful candidate will serve as the strategic and operational human resources leader for a large manufacturing facility, playing a pivotal role in shaping the site’s strategies and functions.
