Territory Manager-Remote

Priority1, a nationwide consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services, is hiring a Territory Manager in Broussard. Responsibilities Prospect new business through door‑to‑door cold calling and B2B sales. Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM to track activity. Sell and set up new accounts, establishing long‑term client relationships. Manage accounts you acquire, providing ongoing service and upsell opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of freight sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication). Involvement in campus activities (athletics highly encouraged). Natural enthusiasm, polished professional appearance, and strong energy. Determined to succeed and grow within a winning team. Training & Development Three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, followed by senior Territory Manager trainings and management trainings as needed. New hires participate in the "Fast Start Program," a three‑month in‑the‑field training with upper management. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance and gas receipt reimbursement.
