Position Overview
Location: Roanoke, VA
Provider Needed: Pediatric Dentist (General Dentists with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply)
Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Thursday
Join a busy, established pediatric practice with a strong patient demand and an experienced support team. You'll enjoy clinical autonomy while working in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering exceptional care to children.

- 35–40 patients per day
- Established pediatric patient base
- Modern technology and well-equipped operatories
- Experienced clinical and administrative support
- 2 Registered Dental Hygienists and dedicated Dental Assistants
- Collaborative, patient-first culture

Payor Mix
- Approximately 50% Medicaid (Pediatric)

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Pediatric Dentistry residency or significant pediatric clinical experience
- Active Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist preferred
- Nitrous Sedation certification
- Medicaid enrollment (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach
