We are seeking an awesome energetic Retail Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Make bi weekly schedules for staff
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve customer complaints
- Create product order sheet, and facilitate placing orders with vendors
- Problem solving on multiple levels
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, and sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities in and out of work
- Very responsible and dependable
- Reliable transportation
