Human Resources Generalist

Join our client's team on a contract basis, supporting healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking an HR Generalist with healthcare experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a fully onsite and contract role in Maitland, FL.


Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and new-hire processes for healthcare professionals
• Serve as an HR resource for employee relations, process I9, policy guidance, and workplace concerns
• Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and leave-of-absence programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Partner with managers on performance, employee engagement, and workforce-related matters
• Support HR projects and initiatives for a nationwide workforce

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Healthcare HR experience is a plus
• Experience with employee relations, I9, FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave administration
• Experience supporting high-volume employee populations
• Experience working with international nursing professionals is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
