Facility Name and Address: 1890 State Road 436 Winter Park, 32792 Purpose: We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting our leadership teams, managing employee relations, overseeing workplace investigations, managing HR Systems, project oversight and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. If you’re passionate about creating positive workplace cultures and delivering responsive, practical HR support — we want to meet you. Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations matters. Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into complaints, grievances, and compliance issues. Maintain and audit personnel records, track evaluations, and support compliance audits. Assist in developing and maintaining HR procedures, job descriptions, and wage scales. Coordinate team member recognition events, surveys, exit interviews, and engagement initiatives. Manage leave processes including FMLA, Non-FMLA, ADA accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation. Administer unemployment claims and coordinate attendance for hearings. Support benefits administration, enrollments, and team member inquiries. Manage Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks and records. Act as a backup for Workers’ Compensation claim management. Creates and delivers training programs and manages the Mineral Platform for training. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree 8 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated knowledge in Employee relations and investigations, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and discrimination law compliance and Workers’ Compensation and unemployment processes Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher Preferred Qualifications: HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) Experience working in healthcare, senior living, residential services or hospitality industry preferred Working Conditions: Standard use of work station Repetitive use of keyboard Frequent bending and standing Required Materials: Resume 3 Work References Letter of Interest Drug Free Workplace A criminal history background check and sex offender registry check will be required for the finalist under consideration for this position.
