Product Operations Associate

AI video technology firm enhancing media workflows As a growth-stage company revolutionizing the video AI landscape, we're seeking a strategic operator to bridge the gap between our product and customer success teams. The Product Operations Lead will own the development and execution of processes that drive customer engagement and retention, working closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize key initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise, technical acumen, and customer‑centric thinking. By joining our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of video AI and its applications in the media industry.
