ARMOR is looking for a confident, personable team member who can introduce customers to ARMOR’s technology services, develop new business relationships, and help clients identify solutions. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Type In Person The Position Job Description ARMOR is looking for a confident and personable addition to the sales team. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and strong critical-thinking skills. No previous experience is required, although applicants with relevant experience may be favored. What You’ll Do Perform client-generation activities including cold calling. Visit business centers and introduce potential customers to ARMOR and its services. Prepare quotes for requested services while identifying potential additional needs that may support expansion or preventative maintenance. Lead sales meetings. Contribute to overall marketing strategies. Assist clients with required paperwork. More Than Selling Understand the Customer Before Recommending the Solution ARMOR provides a wide range of technology services, including repair, managed IT, websites, hosting, marketing, and related business technology solutions. Sales team members need to listen to customer needs, understand the problem or opportunity, explain available services, and help the customer determine which solution makes sense. General Position Requirements Physical & Workplace Requirements Valid Driver’s License All ARMOR positions require a valid driver’s license. Physical Activity Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be capable of standing or climbing up to 70% of the time. Technology Interaction ARMOR team members may be required to interact with and troubleshoot hardware as part of normal business operations.
